My hubby came across this news item - very rare reaction to spores in compost! Will make me think twice about disturbing rotting wood etc. Shocked

Not nice. I think we need to take this sort of story with a pinch of salt. I wonder how many people die out of the millions of us that have compost heaps.

I have to say I love my compost heaps and fork them through ever week. Well not at the moment because I got a pumpkin growing in one of them.

Thanks Corrina was wondering where to put my squash plants, forgot it could go at bottom door of compost bin !!! I will try that. Confused
